Order processing<\/h5>\n

Due to the higher season, it may take longer to process your order, so we recommend contacting us by phone. I ask for your patience and thank you for your understanding. <\/p>\n

Goods in stock and delivery time<\/h5>\n

The information about stock levels may not be completely accurate, because some goods that are currently already on their way also appear to be in stock.<\/p>\n

However, the delivery time does not take into account the possibility of human error (i.e. delivery services, current capabilities of the manufacturer, lack of input material). In practice, however, it is possible to keep the delivery time within the promised deadlines (or even shorter) in about 90% of cases. <\/p>\n

The delivery date of the goods depends on the current stock.<\/p>\n

If the ordered goods are in stock in full quantity, we try to send them as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Greenhouses, hotbeds, carports and polycarbonate sheets – delivery date within 14 days of payment.<\/p>\n

Delivery of goods to the delivery address provided by you takes place from 08:00 to 23:00 according to the driver’s route, provided that the access roads are in a satisfactory condition and that the truck can pass through undisturbed.<\/p>\n

Large professional greenhouses and oversized structures, delivery dates, shipping prices are dealt with individually.<\/p>\n

Small goods (accessories) – delivery date within 7 days of payment<\/p>\n

If the goods are made to order, are not in stock or only part of them are in stock – delivery date by telephone agreement.<\/p>\n

Payment methods<\/h5>\n

All prices include VAT. The final price can only be increased by transport or assembly<\/a>. You can pay for the ordered goods in several ways. We offer payment in cash upon personal collection, upon receipt of goods (cash on delivery) or by bank transfer. <\/p>\n

Personal collection:<\/span><\/h5>\n

When picking up the goods in person at the collection point, payment is only in cash. Payment in CZK and EUR is possible. In both cases, you can pick up the goods at the collection point only after prior request (by e-mail or phone). <\/span><\/p>\n

Warehouse for personal collection <\/strong>: <\/span><\/h5>\n

Payment by bank transfer<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n

After submitting your order, you will always be contacted by our call center by e-mail or phone about the status of your order. After confirming your order, you will receive an invoice by e-mail where you will find everything you need to pay. We send invoices in batches from the system to the e-mail address specified in the order. You pay the invoice and as soon as everything is in stock, we ship the goods.
