    Polycarbonate greenhouse TITAN LUX

    Nice year-round design professional greenhouse TITAN LUX. Extremely durable premium quality greenhouse. Its main advantage is the double steel arc with polymer coating from Jotun, which ensures corrosion resistance. The greenhouse is highly durable, easily removes snow and has strong joints.     ADVANTAGES AND ADVANTAGES OF THE GREENHOUSE

    Garden greenhouses of this series are very strong and reliable. They are designed taking into account all climatic conditions and can withstand not only strong winds with gusts of up to 30 m / s, but also with a meter layer of snow. It is noteworthy that thanks to the arched structure, during thaws, the snow slides off the greenhouse by itself.

    The frames of the TITAN LUX greenhouse are made of high-quality steel steel. Arches – consist of two parts Durable metal structure treated with polymer coating, with special attention paid mainly to joints and welds.

    Arc spacing 0.65 cm, galvanized construction with powder coating. with a load of up to 350 kg / m2 made of high-quality 20×20 steel with a thickness of 1.2mm, which is more than similar greenhouses from other manufacturers. They use square connectors (spider) to connect the steel. The front and rear front have hinged doors, each door contains ventilation windows. Greenhouse passable on both sides.

    Increased quality control at each stage of production allows us to be sure of the quality and reliability of greenhouses and we can guarantee an extension of service life to 20 years.

    As an alternative, we also offer a solid mountain greenhouse made of polycarbonate Agroflex TITAN or ATLANT. We also offer cheaper versions of Agroflex STANDARD or TITAN LT1.

    Polycarbonate glazing

    Special premium certified hollow polycarbonate for greenhouses with UV filter. The advantage of this product is its high thermal insulation against glass. Resistant to mechanical damage, weathering, and hail. Exceptional translucency of polycarbonate (clarity – up to 86%).

    You can choose from several designs, the TITAN LUX greenhouse fitted with 4mm, 6mm polycarbonate, which guarantees trouble-free and long life. For more demanding customers and professionals, we offer the TITAN LUX 8mm greenhouse version. Polycarbonate is supplied in a roll and is attached to the structure with self-tapping screws.

    Foundations for a greenhouse

    To ensure the durability of the greenhouse, it is recommended to install it on a pre-prepared base – a foundation, made on the basis of its dimensions around the perimeter of the base, for example, in the form of a frame with a thickness of 100… 200 mm, which will significantly reduce the corrosion activity. The frame of the greenhouse should be fixed to the foundation with screws or nails to prevent it from tipping over in strong winds.

    The polycarbonate greenhouse can thus be fixed according to the priority of each customer, it can be installed in the ground (fixation is provided by anchor feet), wooden prisms 10 x 10cm or on a concrete base.

    The frame of the greenhouse should be fixed to the foundation with screws or nails to prevent it from tipping over under the influence of strong gusts of wind. However, in general, anchoring to a concrete base is a better choice that will significantly reduce corrosion activity.

    Mountings

    Assembling a greenhouse is also simple and does not require special skills. Only a minimal set of tools is needed – a wrench, a screwdriver, a knife. You will receive detailed instructions along with the greenhouse. The illustrated instruction will further simplify the process of building a greenhouse,

    If you don’t have time for installation, you can order installation from our specialists, who will assemble everything for you with high expertise and in the shortest possible time.

    Although the assembly of the entire greenhouse is simple, it takes the most time to cut and edge the polycarbonate and mount it on both front sides of the greenhouse. That is why we offer you the possibility of ordering this part of the assembly, which is carried out in our warehouse, you will receive both front sides filled with polycarbonate from the carrier.

    The greenhouse can be modified and the implementation of extensions is possible in the future, so the theoretical length of the greenhouse is unlimited.
