Guarantee
We give a five-year warranty on our products from the date of purchase. Complaints can be made on the basis of an issued invoice or receipt. The warranty does not apply to galvanized components that are treated with zinc spray at the weld point (corrosion protection – the content of pure zinc is around 90
%).Minor abrasions that do not affect functionality cannot be a reason for a complaint.
In the event of damage to the greenhouse structure, polycarbonate sheets by strong winds, tornadoes, windstorms, large hail, etc., the warranty does not apply.
In this case, contact your insurance company. Thank you for your understanding.
Complaint procedure and settlement
A complaint about the delivered material or product must be filed within a maximum of 3 days of delivery. You can hand over the claimed goods in person or send them to us at the address below and we will immediately exchange them for new ones. If you want to complain about goods that are difficult to transport, please contact us at +420 775 535 510, where we will arrange the method of transport with you. Attach the tax document (invoice) you received at the time of purchase, or at least the order number, to the goods.
Returns within 14 days
You can use the right of return if you have purchased from us on our e-shop (electronically) as a natural person (not an ID number). The right to return also arises when shopping online with personal collection in our store. In this case, the postage for returning the goods is paid by the customer, not the seller, even if the customer has received free delivery of the goods to his address from the seller. With regard to the variety of goods, these costs may be different and are dealt with individually. These costs can then be offset against the amount for the returned goods. The second option is personal return, which is free of charge.
